Parties
To avoid confusion, this policy defines three distinct parties:
- İşlek: the company that develops and operates the digital ordering and loyalty software.
- Business: our commercial customer ("tenant"), such as a café, restaurant, or venue that uses the İşlek software. It carries its own responsibilities toward its own staff and its own customers.
- Customer / End User: the individual who joins a Business's loyalty program or visits our website.
What Is a Cookie?
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They may be used to ensure the site functions properly or to collect usage statistics.
Which Cookies Do We Use?
- Essential cookies: used to provide core site functionality (such as language preference).
- Analytics cookies: used via Google Analytics to measure site traffic and usage in an anonymous/statistical manner.
How Can You Manage Cookies?
When you first visit the site, you can accept or reject analytics cookies via the cookie consent banner; if you reject, analytics cookies are never loaded. Out of Scope: Business Account Security
The IP address and session records kept when Business staff log into the İşlek software with their own account are not a cookie. They are kept server-side solely to secure that Business's own account and do not concern Customers. This processing is described separately in our KVKK Notice.
